Of course, the ABG RES Bootcamp is just the very beginning. With a clear overview of how to succeed in real estate and with the confidence built during the Bootcamp to value-add their clients, having been equipped with all the cutting-edge tools, market knowledge to analyse latest property trends and generate critical reports, it is time to take action!
On-the-job trainings & review sessions are conducted on a regular basis to keep our RES activities and productivity rate high and to ensure they see effective results. New initiatives by leaders are also open to all committed and driven RES in ABG as we work together as one united district, helping and guiding one another to soar to greater heights.
During the circuit breakers, ABG Leaders came together and launched a series of Zoom trainings for our RES, with sharings from our Top Producers who continued to close during the circuit breakers, as well as guidance on how they can take this time to scale up their business.
This is in addition to the regular company Zoom trainings that Huttons leaders and Project In-Charges are conducting. Of course, not forgetting all the bite-sized e-learning videos in our ABG App Library! With these strong learning platforms in place, we aim to deliver customised & quality content to level up our associates with the latest knowledge & skillsets. Through these partnerships, they learn on-the-job how to run campaigns competitively and effectively, how to attend to enquiries with the best conversion to viewing appointments, how to present well and at the same time get to understand your clients’ preferences & budget and of course, how to follow-up and call for action for the best sales conversion.
